If you are in any way dissatisfied with your coffee order and any other purchase, simply let us know for an easy replacement.
-EXCHANGING COFFEE
Due to its perishable nature, we do not accept returns on coffee ; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you’re not pleased with your coffee order, please contact us by email within 14 days of your order date at info@BlackBridgeRoasters.com and we will send you a replacement bag of coffee at no additional charge.
-RETURNING/EXCHANGING DRINKWARE & APPAREL
We we want your drinkware and apparel to fit and function at its best. For all returns or exchanges, please contact us by email within 14 days of your order date at info@BlackBridgeRoasters.com. We will reply with instructions to return your merchandise. All returned merchandise must be unused and packaged in all original packaging materials/contents.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, at your preference we will either (1) refund to you the total cost of the merchandise OR (2) send you a replacement at no additional charge.
-DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Damaged: For damaged items, let us know within 14 days of your order date at info@BlackBridgeRoasters.com. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item. We will gladly send a replacement.
Missing: Contact us by email at info@BlackBridgeRoasters.com as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll send you a replacement to you at no additional charge.
